1. Do you meet clients outside office hours?

We maybe able to arrange to meet you outside office hours subject to availability

2. Is there parking in the building?

There is limited parking in the building. However, there is plenty of street parking surrounding the building with Wilson Car park close by in Mackelvie Street.

3. Do you have credit card or eftpos facilities?

No payment is either by cash, bank cheque or direct credit. You may pay by a personal cheque by arrangement but any funds so paid, will not be available for disbursement until it is cleared.

4. Do you have language assistance?

We can provide language assistance in Malay, Indonesian, Cantonese, Mandarin and by arrangement, Hebrew, Spanish, German and French.

5. Will you charge me for my first consultation?

We will provide you with a 10 minute initial consultation to determine if we can assist you. If we are able to, then you will need to sign a client retainer. If we are not able to, we will recommend you to an appropriate practitioner.

6. I understand you do not act in litigation cases.

How can I find someone who will be able to assist me? We can recommend you to an appropriate litigator practising in the area which you need help to. However, you will need to guarantee that you will pay the fees to the barrister instructed.

7. What sort of information must be given to you to allow you to act for me?

We would need your full contact details and you will need to authorise us to act for you. You must provide to us all relevant details and ensure that you are full and frank in disclosing all relevant matters to us. If you do not do so, we cannot give you a full and proper response and you cannot hold us liable in such instances for any advice and action we take. If in doubt, tell us everything you feel may be important.

8. Can you help with international matters?

We can assist by working with our extensive international networks to seek an appropriate practitioner to assist you with any problems or issues you encounter internationallt.
